Allyson Daly currently teaches 12th and 7th grade English at Wayne School of Engineering (WSE), part of the North Carolina New Schools initiative.  WSE implements inquiry-based learning at a rigorous level to inspire students to achieve solutions to real world challenges.  She has served as Wayne County Teacher of the Year, Wayne School of Engineering Teacher of the Year, and Eastern Wayne Teacher of the Year.  At WSE, she is the lead high school English teacher, pioneering the implementation of the Literacy Design Collaborative, a program that coaches teachers to bring writing across the curriculum.  Previously, she has taught at the high school and university levels.  She endeavors to prepare seniors for a seamless transition to their university experience.   She has her B.S. in English Education and her Master’s in English Literature from East Carolina University.
Her TEA trips to Poland have provided her with the opportunity to form a steadfast friendship with dedicated colleague Anna Krzeminska -Kaczynska.   With respected partner Mamta Kumar, these three educators have worked together on such projects as Images of International TEA Teachers and Their Students, The Power of Culture Project: Coming of Age in the Global Village as well as this project, A Good Person, Speaking Well.

Graduate of the University of Gdansk, holds Diploma in teaching English; studies in Geography at Faculty of Oceanography and Geography  in Gdańsk. Teaches Geography Course for International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Students at VIII Prywatne Akademickie Liceum Ogólnokształcące, IB World School 006265 in Kraków, Poland. Works in summertime as youth counsellor on cruise ships at Caribbean and Mediterranean Sea. Publishes her actions and activities associated with Bilingual Geography and International Baccalaureate teaching and learning in teacher`s magazines: Bilingual Geography. Anna coordinates educational projects. She has been rewarded the European Language Label for running English and Geography projects. The awardee of TEA Scholarship Program 2010; Polish-American Youth Leadership Program 2011; Small Grant 2010, 2013 and 2015 by IREX. Received the nomination to the national prize EduInspirator 2015 by National Agency of Erasmus Plus Program supported by Polish Ministry of Education. Mamta Kanti Kumar has a teaching experience of 24 years.  She currently teaches Geography to 12th and 11th grade students and is also the Functions Coordinator at Delhi Public School, Gurgaon, India .She was awarded a fellowship for the Teaching Excellence and Achievement Program (TEA) – a program of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State. She has also represented India at Tokyo in the Japan- East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youth Programme conducted by Japan International Cooperation Centre .
 Mamta has written units for the Class XII Geography textbook-  published by the Central Board of Secondary Education, India which is used by students internationally and articles for the magazine, ‘Reflection’ and an international magazine ‘On the Vistula banks –Field work in Bilingual Education’.
She has collaborated on international projects ‘The Power of Culture Project: Coming of Age in the Global Village’ as well as the project, ‘A Good Person, Speaking Well’ with her friend and a committed international colleague, Ms. Anna Krzeminska –Kaczynska from VIII Prywatne Akademickie Liceum Ogólnokształcące Krakow, Poland and Ms. Allyson Daly from Wayne School of Engineering (WSE), USA, An english teacher par excellence.
In addition to the projects mentioned above, as a part of their long standing professional association and frienship, Anna and Mamta have also collaborated on the project ‘Energy Audit’ and have initiated rhythms of  international  student exchanges with VIII Prywatne Akademickie Liceum Ogólnokształcące Krakow, Poland and DPS Gurgaon.
